The Windows on Arts Alley were designed in coordination with the revitalizing of an alley into a pedestrian friendly outdoor markets and restaurants. The structures reflect the industrial history of the area with the new bright colors of the future. From the light of the sun the colored resin reflects Mondrian type patterns onto the walls and paving of the alley.
Judy Sutton Moore is a sculptor exhibiting both nationally and internationally. Her public art work is owned by cities, universities, corporations, and museums in Argentina, Australia, California, Arizona, Louisiana, Texas, Illinois, Virginia, and Maryland. Judy has gained recognition as the creator of large scale, three-dimensional work, including the designing, fabrication, and installation of site-specific sculpture. Each of her public works is unique because she does not follow a strict stylistic signature but follows the concept of site specificity and project purpose.
